Most importantly - we only bid on vehicles sourced directly from insurance companies, which guarantees an accurate description of damages. Bidding on cars listed by dealers is considered only upon explicit request and at the Client's own responsibility.

Yes! We have our own people on the ground in the USA, so you can be sure your car is under constant supervision. Before loading into the container, you will receive additional photographic documentation from the port, confirming the vehicle's condition prior to the voyage.

We do not share login credentials to our bidder accounts. The entire process is fully supervised by us: after signing the agreement and jointly establishing the maximum budget, we enter the auction on your behalf. This ensures the bidding proceeds professionally and never exceeds the agreed limit.
